HEC-8 HANNY FATIGUE TESTER
The Model HEC-8 utilizes a countdown counter which is useful in nondestruct limit testing. The counter can be preset to the number of test cycles desired and the tester will automatically stop when the counter equals zero or when the lead under test breaks. Weights are availabe in many sizes and configurations. The weights incorporate a spring clamp to grip the package lead. A thumbscrew is provided on the arm of the weight to adjust the clamping pressure. The holsing fixture is designed to be off-axis with the motor shaft so that weight "bobbing" will be kept to a minimum during cycling.
